I’m having trouble accessing any distinct image from the past. I know I have many issues that need healing but only recall snippets in picture form. How do I choose and what if I can’t come up with a strong image from the memory? Thanks so much!
Don’t worry about the past. The past is already in the present in our issues and conditions.
You don’t have to use the memory finder. When you focus on what you want to create, your fears and doubts will come out of the ‘woodwork’ trying to ‘protect’ you. Notice those visual images, sound images, and feelings in your body. These are the connections to those memories that need healing.
Don’t fight them and don’t run from them. Observe them like the sun looks at fog. They, like the fog, will disappear.
