Living in the Zone – Part 2

Secondly imagine doing that in a peak performance way.  Imagining doing that in the zone where the relationship is just fabulous, better than it’s ever been, the best you can imagine it.  Where your career is invigorating, you’re passionate about it.  You are successful.  It just goes beyond what you had hoped for.  Your health starts improving and it keeps improving and things are getting better and better.  You are feeling better and better and better.  Imagine what that would be.  Try to imagine that in the zone, whatever the things is you want to do.

Next, see what do you not believe about that.  When you envision doing that thing in the zone, what little voices are saying “That can’t happen.”  “You’re not good enough for that.”  Or, “That may happen for everybody else, but not for you.”

Do you feel anger?  Do you feel anxiety?  Do you feel fear?  Do you feel sadness?  Do you feel frustrated?  Do you feel unforgiveness?  When you imagine doing that thing in the zone, what do you feel in a negative way that says you may not be able to do that in the zone?  Write all those things down.

Before you can ever do that thing in the zone you have to heal all of those things.  Now, I would highly recommend doing that through energy medicine like The Healing Codes because you can do it in a matter of minutes or hours.  Any other way I know of you may be at it for years or decades and you still might not get there.  You have to heal those negative things that come up when you imagine doing that in the zone.

Once you have healed those and now you think about that thing and don’t feel any of the negative, you don’t feel “I can’t do it”.  You don’t feel anger.  You don’t feel frustrated.  You don’t feel, “I’m not good enough.”  You think, “Hey, I think maybe that can happen” about whatever it is.

Then continue to focus on that image of the thing you want to do in the zone and keep inserting positive things. “You can do it.”  “I can make it.”  “If this is God’s will he will help me with this.”  Until you can see that vision of doing that thing and you can feel it and it’s positive and you believe it.  Once you get to that place, that is going to start acting like a homing beacon.  It’s going to start acting like the rudder on a ship to take you toward that thing that this time you’ll be able to do it from that place of being in the zone.

I would highly advise again for you to use energy medicine like The Healing Codes to infuse that vision.  You can do it in a matter of minutes.  If you don’t want to do that, just focus on that vision from a positive, loving, truthful place.  Any time you start to feel a negative about it, you have to flush it.  Not if it’s the truth.  If it’s the truth you’ve got to resolve it.  But if it’s not the truth, and it’s usually not, you’ve got to flush it.  That takes mental gymnastics and sweat.  That’s why I advise doing it through energy medicine where you don’t have to go through all that.

Once you get the negative gone about that thing you want to do in the zone, and the positive infused, it’s going to start to happen.

Now, a couple of disclaimers.  1.  Before you do this, pray about it.  Make sure this is what God wants for you.  2.  Make sure it’s in truth and love.  That’s going to help you tremendously in figuring out the thing you want to go after as far as living in the zone.  3.  You’ve got to do it.

This is a little bit of work going through all this, but it can pay off in dividends for the rest of your life and the rest of your family’s life, in your health, in actual dollars.  People who do this start making more money, etc, etc.

That’s how you live in the zone.

Living In The Zone – Part 1

All of us want to live in the zone.  If you watch any sports at all you hear that phrase all the time.  I’m sure you heard,  “Boy, Michael Jordan was really in the zone tonight!”  Then they interview Michael and he might say the same things.  “Michael, 45 points, game winning shot, tell me about it.”  I saw an interview like this with him.  He smiled this little smile and said, “I was just in the zone.  When you get in the zone things like that happen.”

Well, you can be in the zone, not just in basketball or sports, but in any area of your life.  It is the ultimate peak performance. You can be in the zone parenting.  You can be in the zone for your work and career.  You can be in the zone in your most important relationship.  You can be in the zone as far as your health goes.  That’s a lot of what we’re about in The Healing Codes.  So how do you get in the zone?

Well, the first thing is you have to do whatever you’re doing from the heart.  Arizona State University did a number of studies where they focused primarily on sports.  They focused on archery and shooting bows and arrows.  They focused on golf.  They focused on several sports.  What they found is that people who were doing that sport from the heart, which involves the right brain and if you have questions about that, come to our Thursday call, Living from the Heart, where we talk about that stuff a lot, but people who were coming from the heart shooting bow and arrow or playing golf or doing other kinds of sports, did it significantly better than people who were doing it from their head.

What they also found is that athletes and people who were doing those sports, if they would activate their heart while they were thinking about doing that sport, they weren’t even doing it, they were sitting on the couch at home, if they would activate their heart while thinking about doing it they would go out and do it better than they had done it before and the thinking about it from a heart place was just as effective and many times more so than practicing.  That blows you mind, but it’s true.

There was a doctor on The Secret with Dr. Ben who had coached Olympic athletes and talked about that same thing, how they would test Olympic athletes who were thinking about their event from the heart and they saw that all the same muscles fired in the same order as if they were actually running or swimming or whatever their event was.  And, when they did that, the next time they would go out, they would have gotten better.

So the key to peak performance, not only from a ancient manuscript perspective, but also from a scientific and medical and physiological perspective is you’ve got to do whatever you’re doing from the heart.

Let me give you some real quick guidelines on this.  Get a piece of paper out whenever you have a chance to do this.  Think about the thing that you would like to do “in the zone”, have a peak performance in, rather than the way you’ve been doing it.  Point number one is whatever that is you have to do it in truth and love.  So if you’re doing it completely for selfish reasons, don’t do it.  Find something else to do in the zone.  Whatever you’re going to do it has to be in truth and love.  Spend just a couple of minutes saying, “Am I doing this in truth and love or is it for some bad motivation or reason or something like that?”  If you can do that from a place of truth and love, you go on to the next thing.

The Healing Codes – What, Why, Who?

Today what we’re talking about is how to find the source, the SOURCE of any problem.  That’s a level down from the problem.  It’s the source of that problem.  I call this the what, the why and the who.

The WHAT is the thing we think is the problem.  “I’m not making enough money.”  “My relationship with so and so is not what I want it to be.”  “I have this health problem.”  It’s our circumstances.  It’s what is going on right now that is bothering me or not what I want it to be.  That’s the what.

The WHY is how to find the real problem.  There is always a why under the what.

Now, let’s talk about the WHO.  Just like there’s always a WHY under any problem that you have in your life, I call that the WHAT, there is almost 100% of the time a WHO that is under the why problem.  Let me explain that.  It’s an identity issue.  Almost 100% of the time the source of our problems, the source of the why you’re doing what you’re doing or why you’re not doing what you’re not doing, the source of the health issue that you identify, “Yeah, I’ve got some anger toward my mother or I have some self-worth issues.”  You can just take to the bank that there’s going to be an identity issue connected to the why.

The identity issues tend to break down under two categories.  One is significance and one is security.  Those are the two pillar issues of all heart issues; significance and security.  Security would be “Am I safe?”  That would include your circumstances and finances and people in your circumstances.  That would include the issue of rejection which is a huge issue to so many people.  Or, on the other hand, total unconditional acceptance which is what we’re all searching for.  The overriding issue there is  “Am I safe?”

The other category is significance.  Under significance you would have “Am I good or am I bad?”  “Am I of worth or not as valuable as other people?”  “Am I better than other people?”  Is that the game I’m playing?  “I’m worse than this guy, but better than this guy.”  Those are all rooted in an identity problem.

To fix the problems of our life, which I call the WHAT, to fix the reason for those problems, which I call the WHY, the real problem, the first event in my line of anger issue, the first event in my line of sadness or depression problems, the first event in my unforgiveness tendency, in order to heal those totally and completely and forever you have to heal the WHO.  You have to heal the issues of your own identity and that you’re not better, you’re not worse, you are just as valuable as everybody else.  You are wonderfully and fearfully made.  You can do anything that you want to do if you get these unconscious and subconscious beliefs right.  You are safe and secure, maybe not in your circumstances, but on the inside.  That’s where the only real security comes from is in the heart, on the inside.

That’s what we’re all about is helping people heal these identity issues, the WHYs of why we do what we do and the things that are going on in our life.

Today is the WHAT, the WHY, and the WHO.  The WHAT is your problem that you are concerned about.  The WHY are the memories and pictures in your heart and your conscious mind that are supporting that problem and the WHO is the absolute reason for the WHY problem. “I’m doing these things that are not what I want.  I’m feeling what I don’t want to feel.  I’m believing what I don’t want to believe because I’ve got an identity problem.”

You can just take to the bank that if you’re feeling fear, anger, anxiety, stress, worry that is more than just a little bit, if you’re having significant health problems that are unexplainable, you most likely have an identity problem that needs to be healed.  You are believing yourself inferior or superior.  You are believing that you are not safe because of past programming that has a lie in it.  You have to heal your WHO.

Those memories that make up your identity are made of energy and energy medicine like The Healing Codes is the best mechanical way I’ve ever seen to heal those and often can do it in a matter of minutes or days or weeks where other things you are working on it for decades and then you still don’t heal it.

I have to say here that the best way to heal this, bar none, and this is always my first way is to pray to God and ask God in prayer for healing.  That’s my number one.  After that, if we’re going to use mechanistic principles that are in the physical universe you need to do The Healing Codes to heal that WHO.  It does work.

Create Your Best Future NOW

Another way to look at this is how to create the best outcome in any situation. That’s what we all want to do.  We look back on situations in our life and how we handled them and think “it would have been better if I’d have done this or that.”  Well, usually when we do that it’s because we’ve violated the ‘what is’ principle I’m about to share with you.

Let’s get into it.  There are two parts of it.  The first part is you need to change your “what if’s” into “what is”.  Quit asking “what if?” and start asking “what is?”  Part 2, is you need to start focusing in the present in truth and love.  Those are the two parts.

Let’s look at them for just a couple of minutes individually.  Number one, quit asking what if.  Starting asking what is. We get in big trouble from focusing on the future and saying, “what if”?  So a lot of people are looking to the future and saying, “Oh, my goodness.  What if this happens?  What if that happens?”

We also look at the past that way, with what if’s.  What if this or that had not happened in my life?  We have regrets.  We have beliefs about ourselves based on the past that “I’ll never be able to do this because this happened.”  Or, “This is inevitable for me in my life because that happened.”  So we look backwards and forwards and ask “what if?”  We wonder why we’re stuck.

The reason we get stuck is we’re not wired to work that way.  We’re not supposed to live our life that way.  The way you need to be living your life is to look at your present, right now.   Say, “Okay, what is?”  Not only that, but to look at what is in truth and love, not wallowing in the mud and picking out one little thing.

You have to look at the truth in totality and you have to look at it in love.  That means, what is the best thing for me to focus on now?  Not just what is setting off my anxiety or fear or sadness or anger or whatever it is.

So here’s what you do –  look at your current situation.  Get out a piece of paper and say, “What is true about my life.”  Write down the good.  Write down the bad.  Write down the in-between.   On another piece of paper “What is the loving way for me to look at my life, my relationships, my career, my truth, what’s the positive way for me to look at that?’ Wallowing in the mud never helped anybody with anything.  Then you get a third piece of paper and decide, based on what is truth, based on what is love, based on the resources that I have available to me, the people that care about me, etc. what is the true love thing for me to be focused on today?  Maybe write down 10 things you need to address today in truth and love.  Then, what is the true love thing I need to be focused on right now?

Maybe the easiest and most accurate way it so go by your gut.  I’ve sat down.  I’ve written these 10 true love things I can be focused on today.  That doesn’t mean you sit around and day-dream all day.  Quite the contrary, it means you have action steps every day.  Not just busy actions steps, not just because this is what I’ve been doing for the last 5 years, but through the filter of truth and love.

Those are the filters you put stuff through:  1) Quit asking “what if” and start asking “what is”.  2) Evaluate the “what is” in the present time in truth and love. Evaluate it through the eyes of truth and love.

It takes a little bit of practice, but let me promise you this, once you get to where you can do that pretty effectively, nobody ever does it perfectly, you have just guaranteed your best possible future.  And it’s almost miraculous how that works.  I’ve heard it with person after person after person for years.  So, stop asking “what if”.  Start asking what is.  Evaluate in truth and love.  Moment by moment live that way.  You may have to clean up some of the junk to get there, but it’s not that hard to do.  We can show you how to do that very simply.  You will never be the same.

Blessings – Alex

Proof of Hope

This is very near and dear to me – proof of hope.  I think hope is such, not only a wonderful thing, but an essential thing.  During a lot of experiments they’ve done with animals, specifically the ones I’ve read are with dogs and mice, they have studied this issue of hope.  They have given dogs rewards for doing certain things.  They’ll be in a metal cage and they’ll reward them with food for doing certain things.  What they’ve found is that if they change that paradigm and change the reward structure so that the dog can’t predict it, they’re not getting the reward when they think they should be, eventually the dog will lay down in the cage, on the metal cage and will be shocked.  Before they lost their hope that would get them to do something.  Once they lose their hope they just lay on the cage and are shocked.  Even if they open the cage the dog still will not move once it has lost hope.

When my wife was depressed, most of you know that’s how I got into The Healing Codes was through my wife’s very severe depression, that was one of the huge issues with her is that she had lost hope.  It’s interesting – a while back she changed her name to “Hope” because that was such a big issue for her and now she has her hope back.
